SafetElearn collects and maintains all data relating to the organisation’s OHS learning on the SafetElearn website. Reporting and statistics are available relating to the status, completion, and results of individuals using the SafetElearn system.

This area is divided into 2 components theory assessment and practical assessment.

Practical Assessment –  This assessment is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the student in transferring the knowledge obtained from the modules into key behaviours and skills required for the competency.Click the link for a sample

This is the process of measuring how the organisation has performed against its goals and can be completed easily using the SafetElearn Free training needs analysis tool.

Competence
